Delete Your Account
You have the right to request deletion of your DaileShop account and all associated personal data. Please read this page carefully before proceeding.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, the following cannot be recovered:
- Your account and login credentials
- Complete order history and invoices
- Saved delivery addresses
- Wishlist and saved products
- Reward points or wallet balance
- Send an email to support@daileshop.com from your registered email address
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered name and phone number in the email body
- Our team will verify your identity within 2 business days
- Once verified, your account will be permanently deleted within 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

I request permanent deletion of my DaileShop account and all associated data.
Upon successful deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Delivery addresses and location data
- Account credentials and login information
- Personal preferences and app settings
- Wishlist and saved items
Certain data may be retained after deletion for legal and business compliance purposes:
- Order transaction records — retained for 5 years for tax and legal compliance
- Payment transaction IDs — retained by payment processor as required by law
- Fraud prevention logs — retained for 1 year
This data is kept in anonymized or encrypted form and is not used for marketing purposes.
